怎样提高 NYRR 出发分组(Corral number)

NYRR(纽约路跑协会)的赛事一般是分组出发。NYRR按以往成绩会给每位参赛者分配一个出发组号(corral number), 由快到慢,从AA, A, B,..., 直到L。为了避免拥挤,相对快的参赛选手会率先起跑。这个corral number, 不仅可以避免靠后出发的拥挤而提高成绩, 同时也成了跑者的一个标识。 升级到就近的快组需要提高10K配速几十秒,经过努力并不难实现(越到前面越难,由A到AA非常难) 。所以除了BQ, NQ等大目标, 我们不妨也可以把“出发组升级”当作是一个提高跑步成绩的小目标。对我个人来说, 这个编号从某种程度上帮助了自己跑步成绩的提高,由C到B, 由B到A, 都曾是我努力过的小目标。

那问题来了, 升级的标准是什么呢?NYRR 的升级标准是10K配速 (https://help.nyrr.org/customer/en/portal/articles/2070899-how-is-my-corral-assignment-determined-). 其实, 你并不一定要跑10K 比赛来升级, 实际上任何NYRR比赛都可用来升级,因为 NYRR有公式把非10K比赛成绩换算到10K配速。 但是, NYRR 并没有列出非10K比赛的具体升级标准。当时我跑比赛希望升级时就不得不自己换算。下面我整理了每个分组需要的最低成绩和配速表, 希望方便想升级的跑友。
